Apr 11 Chemical Composition Calculator Updated
The chemical composition calculator has been updated, and the following changes made:
- Molecular ion peaks now say when data has not been entered (regression)
- Isotope list shows when not data not entered (regression)
- Fixed: Isotopes of iron had isotopes of 54, 56, 56 (again), 58, instead of 54, 46, 57, 58
- CHN calculation is now reset on each calculation to stop changes between formulae with and without C, H or N giving false results in the editor
- Bug in the CHN reset routine fixed
- Refreshing the page causes the CHN to be correctly calculated despite nothing in the field having been changed (when a browser auto fills the field).
- Program passes W3C Validation
- Fixed isotope data of:
- Xe, Cu, K, Cr, Kr, P
- Made the element and isotopic data display in a configurable periodic table
- Added in a few more element's isotopic data (up to Lawrencium)
- widened the help to take account of new periodic table
- updated version to 1.2
