the day
This is a rough overview of how the day will flow and when things will start/end.
the wedding - 11am-noon
At Keyfox Farm, under an hour and allowing for a few delays at the start, though Nick will be on site helping set up and Xanthe will be getting ready in the farmhouse only a few metres away, so please try to be on time!
the reception/picnic - 1-4pm
Plenty of time for us to mosey on over to the local park (it's not far), we will aim to start eating by 1pm if not a little earlier. Xanthe & Nick will take some formal photos in the interim but they'll be leaving first and arrive at about the same time.
the cakes & speeches - 5-6pm
We're not a huge fan of speeches, but hopefully the best men will come up with something good (Stephen & Chris, Nick's brothers) and rather than sitting there dutifully listening there will be a mix of cakes available for everyone to try (from fruit to chocolate!).
the dance & bar - 6pm onwards
We might take a 'first bounce' rather than 'first dance' as it is a barn dance, but who knows :) Anyway, you can feel free to stay as long as you want, just until we leave (around 8pm).
If you need to leave a bit earlier to head home, then feel free to do so at anytime, just make sure you say goodbye!
